Description
After #102 and #127 (both FOR'd), Treasury holds WETH at 0x4200000000000000000000000000000000000006 (canonical Base WETH). This proposal calls WETH.withdraw(amount) from Treasury's context, converting WETH → native ETH in Treasury's balance. No external recipient. ETH lands at Treasury (msg.sender = Treasury). Pure asset format conversion, value-preserving (1 WETH = 1 ETH). Treasury already has receive() payable to accept native ETH. Action: Treasury.execute(WETH, 0, withdraw(30382598314085116)) This converts WETH to native ETH form. The same treasury-internal asset rotation pattern you FOR'd in #102 and #127, just in the unwrap direction.
