Templ ETH yield routing v2 — modular implementation

Description

Routes 0.01 ETH into Aave V3 aWETH yield via an upgradeable wrapper. Same Aave V3 supply path as #131 (you FOR'd) but with deployable implementation modularity for future Aave protocol version migrations.
