Atomic via multicall: exactInputSingle USDC->WETH at 0.05% fee (recipient=router holds intermediate WETH), amountOutMinimum=109807090719773436 (~95% of QuoterV2 quote 0.1156 WETH); then unwrapWETH9(0, Treasury) delivers native ETH back to Treasury. Both legs preserve Treasury custody — same execution shape as the FOR'd #127 + #128 combined into a single atomic transaction. Remaining 266.725425 USDC stays in Treasury.
