Per the treasury productive-deployment policy established by FORs on #131 (Aave V3 ETH router), #149 (Aave V3 USDC $10), #150 (Aave V3 USDC $100), and the same TempleAuthUSDCRouter at 0xe2C298585c4621ADE38cF35D1B4d0FeC6ED96230. Goal: deploy idle treasury USDC into productive Aave V3 aUSDC positions, $100 per batch to maintain conservative batch sizing. Treasury holds 363.45 USDC currently; this proposal moves $100 to productive yield. Multi-target: approve + depositUSDC.
