Continuing the conservative tranche-based deployment policy established by your FORs on #149 ($10, dust validation), #150 ($100, primary tranche), and #155 ($100, Compound diversification). Per standard treasury practice: small, time-staggered tranches into proven yield venues. The first Aave tranche (#150) has been productively allocated for several hours of compounded yield accrual without protocol issues — performance validates progressing to the second Aave USDC tranche.
