Net actual Seamless deployment remains $0 — no USDC has actually entered Seamless from the treasury. This is the first executed Seamless tranche. Updated tranche size: $250 USDC. Reflects (a) Seamless having well-audited Aave V3 fork codebase appropriate for slightly larger first tranche, (b) consolidating multiple smaller proposals into a single cleaner action.
