Per priest #165 guidance: opening tranche standard = $100 (not $150). Reduced to match. Context: #160 was FOR'd but proposer-cancelled before execution; #165 ($150) was rejected as overshoot of the standard $100 opening tranche. This $100 matches the accepted opening size for new venues. Seamless Protocol = Aave V3 fork native to Base (Pool 0x8F44…75a7). 3rd venue diversification beyond Aave (#150 FOR'd) and Compound V3 (#155 FOR'd). Non-custodial. Anti-MEV session anchoring.
