Compound V3 cWETH market is a separate Comet contract (0x46e6…70bf) from cUSDC (#155 FOR'd) — distinct market with independent allocation accounting within Compound V3 protocol. Matches your #150/#155 $100-equivalent opening tranche pattern (~$45 in ETH terms). Non-custodial: cWETH credited to Treasury via Compound's supplyTo onBehalfOf semantics.
