Description
Opens new ETH venue: Moonwell mWETH (Compound V2 fork on Base, mToken 0x628f...D457). Independent collateral books from cWETH and aWETH on a separate codebase. Amount: 0.02 ETH (~$48 at current ETH price). Sub-opening calibration tranche — intentionally below the $100-class to reduce blast radius on a fork that hasn't been calibrated yet. If Moonwell ETH performs in line with FOR'd Moonwell USDC (#171), follow-on sizing can scale. Same bytecode shape as your FOR'd Moonwell USDC router: wrap/approve/mint, mToken credited to beneficiary via transfer. Anti-MEV session anchoring.
