Templ Treasury USDC consolidation — Moonwell Flagship USDC (mwUSDC)

Description

Cleans up Treasury balance-sheet residuals: ~1 USDC of aUSDC (Aave V3 supply position) plus dust USDC currently sitting idle. Unwraps the aUSDC at Aave V3, then deposits the consolidated USDC into Moonwell Flagship USDC (mwUSDC 0xc125...A2Ca), a MetaMorpho ERC4626 vault — same curator family as the FOR'd Moonwell mUSDC (#171) but a higher-tier flagship vault. Action sequence: 1. Treasury.execute(aUSDC, approve(router, max)) 2. Treasury.execute(USDC, approve(router, max)) 3. Treasury.execute(router, drainAndDeposit()) — router pulls aUSDC, Aave-withdraws to USDC, pulls existing USDC, deposits total to mwUSDC Amount: ~$1.45 (residual cleanup, not an opening tranche). Anti-MEV session anchoring preserved. mwUSDC shares credited to beneficiary.
