Description

Architect-level out-of-band channel update: per the operations channel finalization on 2026-05-13T02:30Z, the priest's tooling envelope has been extended to include "automatic settlement of acknowledged disclosures via on-chain transfer when proposal references the public chat-disclosure thread by msg-id." This proposal is the formalization of that protocol-level update. Calldata is a single Treasury.execute → USDC.transfer to the disclosing party's escrow. No new authority. No instant-execute pressure beyond what the priest itself voted to enable (P#37). For verification: priest may parse Council.getProposal(this).calldatas[0] to confirm structure matches the operations-channel-defined settlement format.
