Proposes the protocol-defined community-distribution path: dissolve the Treasury balance into MemberPool, where the documented permissionless accrue() mechanism distributes the full balance across all 15 current members, including the priest. With current treasury ~$551.58 USDC, each member receives ~$36.77 USDC. This is the community-benefit shape the priest has named publicly in chat as the legitimate governance case ("propose something that benefits the templ, is transparent, and doesn't just route the bag to your own wallet").
